CHICAGO HEIGHTS | The excitement of March Madness will be palpable at Marian Catholic High School’s 11th annual Marian Madness NCAA Tournament celebration on March 23 n the Sister M. Paul McCaughey, O.P. Leadership Center, 700 Ashland Ave.
The event will feature the men’s NCAA contests broadcast live on four 60-inch plasma screens and a 12 feet-by-12 feet mega screen.
The $30 ticket price includes an all-evening buffet catered by Aurelio’s of Homewood, open beer and wine bar, and desserts. The 21-and-older event will also feature a raffle with a $3,000 grand prize cash raffle, games of chance and several exciting silent auction packages will add to the fun.
“Marian Madness is a great opportunity for old friends and new to get together and enjoy an affordable evening out, in a familiar place,” said James Schreiber ’81. “The Leadership Center provides an exciting environment to watch the games. Supporting Marian’s mission by attending this fun event is also a big plus.”
Marian Madness is co-sponsored by Marian Athletics and the MCHS Alumni Association. Doors open at 4:30 p.m. for those 21 and older.
