CHICAGO HEIGHTS | No arrests have been made in a shooting Friday at a liquor store that left one person dead, but police are interviewing several witnesses to the incident, police said.

Chicago Heights police responded to the shooting at 9:12 p.m. Friday at K & N Liquors, 2301 Chicago Road, to find three victims shot. The Chicago Heights Fire Department transported all three individuals to St. James Health hospital in Chicago Heights, where one victim, Joshua Garcia, 18, of South Chicago Heights, was pronounced dead at 9:50 p.m., according to police and the Cook County medical examiner's office.

Garcia's cause of death is listed as a gunshot wound to the abdomen and it is classified as a homicide, a spokesman for the medical examiner's office said.

The other two victims suffered gunshot wounds to their legs, police said.
