CHICAGO HEIGHTS | Prairie State College invites job seekers to attend the 2013 Spring Job Fair from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. April 16, in the Conference Center of the college, at 202 S. Halsted St.
The fair is co-sponsored with UPS, The Chicagoland Regional College Program, and the PSC Illinois workNet Center.
The job fair is free and open to the public. Company representatives will recruit for both full- and part-time positions. Several companies already are scheduled to participate, including U.S. Secret Service, Bulkmatic, Homewood Police Department, Bimba Manufacturing Co., Crawford Broadcasting, Metropolitan Water Reclamation District of Chicago, and Franciscan Alliance. Attendees are required to dress in professional business attire and encouraged to bring plenty of résumés. Registration for the job fair is encouraged, and is available at prairiestate.edu/jobfair.
