CHICAGO HEIGHTS | South Suburban Family Shelter is offering a training titled "Abusers and Victims of any Gender: LGBTQ Inclusion in PAIP and Victim Services."

This training will examine how to include HIV status and certain behaviors in service provision and the parameters around discussing same sex relationships with victims and abusers.

The training will take place from 9 a.m. to noon March 26 at Prairie State College, 202 S. Halsted St. Cost is $40 per person.

South Suburban Family Shelter is a licensed continuing education unit sponsor for social work, counseling, ICDVP and CPAIP. 3 CEU’s will be awarded.
