CHICAGO | De La Salle Institute announces that Paul Dirschl has been named its new associate principal of Curriculum & Technology.
In his new position, Dirschl will oversee the curriculum and technology at both the Institute Campus for Young Men and the Lourdes Hall Campus for Young Women.
“As the new associate principal of Curriculum & Technology, I look forward to continuing the progressive technological and academic experience at De La Salle,” Dirschl said.
Dirschl, who is entering his ninth year at De La Salle, also will continue teaching honors world history at the Institute Campus.
Dirschl, an Oak Forest resident, holds a bachelor’s from Saint Xavier University in social sciences/secondary education and a master’s in educational administration from Governors State University.
In his educational career at De La Salle, Dirschl has taught Church history, Chicago history, philosophy, sports management and world history.
Outside the classroom, Dirschl will remain the head coach of De La Salle’s junior-varsity girls basketball team.
