CHICAGO | The Cook County medical examiner's office has identified the 20-year-old East Side man found Tuesday morning with a gunshot wound to the head in the 10900 block of South Mackinaw Avenue.

Gino Angotti, of the 10900 block of South Buffalo Avenue, was found unresponsive at 7:55 a.m. on the sidewalk a block from his home. Angotti was pronounced dead at the scene. His death has been ruled a homicide.

Police are continuing the investigation.
