A man was charged Friday in connection with an Easter Sunday shooting in Chicago's Englewood neighborhood that left two men wounded, police said.

Keithrick Childs, 23, of South Holland, is accused of shooting two men about 3:30 p.m. in the 6800 block of South Laflin Street. Childs was charged with two felony counts of aggravated battery by discharge of a firearm, Chicago police said.

A 20-year-old man was shot in the face and sought treatment at Holy Cross Hospital, police said. He was later taken to Mount Sinai Hospital.

A 25-year-old man was shot in the shoulder. He was taken in serious condition to Advocate Christ Medical Center in Oak Lawn, police said.
