CHICAGO | On Aug. 18, the Southeast Lions Club hosted a mini health fair at St. Kevin Church hall, 10509 S. Torrence Ave., in South Chicago.

Parishioners came down to the church hall after Mass.

A total of 23 attendees were given free screenings for blood pressure, cholesterol, diabetes and prostate by Advocate Trinity Hospital staff. Jackie Rouse, the community health promotion manager, was assisted by Nicole Miles, a community outreach consultant.
