CRETE | The Crete Public Library’s summer reading program, Dig Into Reading, has been a blast.

One of the final programs to end the reading club’s success was Creepy Crawly Zoo with Tony Gustin, aka The Bug Whisperer. Gustin’s goal is to empower youth through his entertaining and educational program about insects, which are as close as your back yard. Gustin showed the budding naturalists how to replace the fear of “bugs” with curiosity and respect.
