CRETE TWP. | Crete Township hosted senior citizens for a lunch on Dec. 8 at Township Hall, 1367 Wood St.
It is one of three luncheons they do annually for the seniors in the community. Crete Township also hosts a St. Patrick's Day luncheon and a summer picnic.
The Christmas luncheon included roast chicken, beef and gravy, potatoes, green beans, salad, rolls, coffee and cake and mini cupcakes for dessert. A total of 85 seniors enjoyed the meal and atmosphere.
