CRETE | St. James Manor & Villas, 1251 E. Richton Road, invites the community to attend the Trilogy Health Services Northern Division Culinary Olympics, hosted by St. James Manor & Villas at 11 a.m. Tuesday in the campus chapel.

Chefs from several Trilogy Health Services' Northern Division campuses will duel in a three course (starter, entree and dessert) culinary grand event. Four local judges will score each offering based on appearance, originality, taste, etc.

The winning chef will then compete against the other six divisional winners at the April spring meeting in Chicago.

"This event is not only a testament to our amazing high-quality food that we provide restaurant style to our residents everyday, but a chance for our culinary chefs to push the envelope on their creativity and gourmet presentation style," said Janet Breed, executive director of St. James Manor & Villas. "It is an event not to miss."

In addition to tasting the variety of delicious gourmet offerings, a sundae bar will be offered to all community guests.

Due to the popularity of this culinary competition, seating is limited. Contact St. James Manor & Villas at (708) 672-6700 to register.
