A 27-year-old Hobart woman is facing murder charges in connection with a Dolton homicide, officials said.

Cook County Circuit Court Judge Darron Bowden on Tuesday set bail at $1 million for Faye Brown, of 1081 Csokasy Court.

Albert Allen, 26, of Cedar Rapids, Iowa, also is charged with murder in connection with the crime. Bail was set for Allen at $2 million Saturday.

The two are charged with the Oct. 23 shooting death of Eric Denman, of Dolton, in the 400 block of Jefferson Street.

Allen and Brown are scheduled for a preliminary court appearance Thursday at the 6th District Cook County Circuit courthouse.
