GLENWOOD | There are several Halloween-related events planned in the village.
• A second annual Masquerade Bash will take place from 9 p.m. to 2 a.m. Saturday at Glenwoodie Golf Club, 19301 S. State St.
Tickets are $20 per person. The admission cost includes one drink and appetizers.
A cash bar will be available and music will be provided by DJ Baby Boom.
• The village will partner with Living Springs Community Church to hold a second annual Fall Festival from 2 to 5 p.m. Sunday in the church parking lot, 19051 S. Halsted St.
Bags will be provided so children can trick-or-treat from car to car.
The free event will include pony rides, a large inflatable bounce-house, a miniature petting zoo and a hot dog stand.
• Village Halloween festivities will take place from 6 to 9 p.m. Oct. 31 at the Arquilla Park Fieldhouse, 225 Park Drive.
There will be a costume contest for children up to 12 years old.
Snacks, beverages and prizes will be provided by the village.
The Glenwood Fire Department will conduct a bonfire at 7 p.m.
