GLENWOOD | Trustee Terry Campbell will play a key role in a "Babypalooza" event taking place from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. today at Ingalls Memorial Hospital, in Harvey.

Campbell, a lieutenant with the paid-on-call division of the Glenwood Fire Department, will give a short presentation on car seat safety titled "Boost Your Big Kid."

He said those who attend the talk, which is expected to start at 11 a.m., will receive a voucher for a free booster seat for non-infant children.

He said about 100 seats are available as a result of a grant received by local fire departments through the Illinois Department of Transportation.

Information on healthy pregnancies and healthy babies can also be obtained at the event, which will also feature raffles, snacks, face painting and tours of the Ingalls Maternity Services Unit.
