HOMEWOOD | The Homewood-Flossmoor Park District offers Camp Frosty Winter Break Camp from Dec. 26 through Jan. 7 for children in kindergarten through sixth grade.

Camp is from 9 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. The camp takes place at the Homewood-Flossmoor Sports Complex, 18211 Aberdeen St., in Homewood. Weekly cost for residents is $70 and $105 for nonresidents. Daily fee is $26 for residents and $39 for nonresidents. Registration must be done by Saturday for the first week and Dec. 29 for the second week. A $10 late fee will be added if registering late.

There are also before and after camp programs from 7 to 9 a.m. and 3:30 to 6 p.m., respectively. The weekly cost is $21 for residents and $31.50 for nonresidents. The daily fee is $8 for residents and $12 for nonresidents.

Some of the activities include ice skating, swimming, a science demonstration and bowling with pizza and pop at Orland Park Bowl.
