FRANKFORT, Ill. | Camp Quality Illinois is now taking applications for campers for the 2013 summer camp, scheduled for Aug. 4 to 10 in Frankfort, Ill. Applications are available online at www.campqualityusa.org/il.
Camp Quality is a weeklong camp and year-round support system for children with cancer. The camp is staffed with volunteer medical personnel and all camp staff and companions are volunteers. The cost of camp is covered by donations and free to all participants.
Donations are always welcome to help cover camp expenses and can be mailed to P.O. Box 641, Lansing, IL 60438. A tag day is also scheduled April 20 in Lansing and volunteers will be taking donations at intersections and businesses in town. For more information on the camp, call (708) 895-8075.
