LANSING | Camp Quality Illinois is now taking applications for campers for the 2013 summer camp, scheduled for Aug. 4-10 in Frankfort. Applications are available online at www.campqualityusa.org/il.
Camp Quality is a week-long camp and year round support system for children with cancer. The camp is staffed with volunteer medical personnel and all camp staff and companions are volunteers. The cost of camp is covered by donations and free to all participants.
Donations are always welcome to help cover camp expenses and can be mailed to P.O. Box 641, Lansing, Illinois 60438. A tag day is also scheduled in Lansing on April 20 and volunteers will be taking donations at intersections and businesses in town.
