LANSING | As part of Lansing Autumn Fest, a vintage base ball game took place at Winterhoff Park to continue the celebration of the 120th anniversary of Lansing's incorporation as a village.

A team of 12 was assembled for the game and members of the Lansing Historical Society dressed the part in costumes of the era.

Times columnist Carrie Steinweg, Lansing Historical Society vice president, and Rich Dust, Lansing Historical Society director, organized the game between the Lansing Brickmen and the Munster Centennials. Steinweg was scorekeeper for the game and Dust was the umpire and manager of the Lansing Brickmen.
