LANSING | Mille Rytel and Sandy Lundin recently signed copies of "Four Continents to Freedom" at the April Lansing Historical Society meeting at the Lansing Public Library.

Lundin, of Highland and formerly of Lansing, was the speaker at the event and discussed her book, written about Rytel's life, starting with her abduction from Poland as a teen. Lundin also invited members of the audience to read excerpts from the book aloud.

The program was the last of year and the final program in the society's World War II them for the 2012-2013 year.
