LANSING | The Lansing Chamber of Commerce hosts its 45th annual Good Neighbor Day Parade from 2 to 4 p.m. Saturday.

The parade's staging area is at 176th Street and Wentworth Avenue. Wentworth Avenue will be closed to nonparade traffic from 176th Street to Ridge Road from 11:30 a.m. until about 3:30 p.m., police said.

The parade will travel west on Ridge Road from Wentworth Avenue, crossing Burnham Avenue and continuing west until it reaches Torrence Avenue. At Torrence, the parade will turn north and continue to 179th Street, where it will turn east. The parade will end at 179th Street and Arcadia Avenue on the west side of Lan-Oak Park, where it will disperse, police said.

During the parade, the entire route will be closed to all motorist traffic. Motorists are encouraged to seek alternate routes west of Torrence Avenue or east of Wentworth Avenue if needing to travel through Lansing at this time.
