LANSING | The Lansing Business Women’s Association reports that more than 60 boxes of coupons have been sent.

The LBWA's Clipping and Sorting Program, which is held at the Lansing Library in the Community Room Lower Level, will be held from 9:30 a.m.-noon and from 6 to 7:30 p.m. April 1. All are welcome to join and bring a friend or two. The event is held every first Monday of the month.

If you’d like coupons brought to your house for clipping, contact Carol Ann Surufka at (708) 767-9894.

What many don't know is that military commissaries accept manufacturers' coupons up to six months past the printed expiration date. Therefore, the LBWA is asking everyone to donate coupons with expiration dates of November 2012 or later.

For more information, contact Pat Leck at (708) 323-5232.
