LANSING | Seven concert band and concert choir members from Memorial Junior High School were accepted into the Illinois State Honors Band and Choir after a challenging audition process, the school announced.
They performed Nov. 2 with the State Honors Band and Choir at Riverside-Brookfield High School in Riverside, Ill. Five of the students are from Concert Band, two are from Concert Choir.
