LANSING | The St. Bernard Hospital Mobile Pediatric Health Unit will visit Thornton Fractional South High School this summer to offer free ninth-grade physical exams and immunizations on campus, the school has announced.

The mobile unit will be at the school from 9 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. July 25, 29 and 31. The school is at 18500 Burnham Ave. All exams and immunizations are by appointment only.

Parents must complete a consent form, a health history, provide complete immunization records and bring all forms to the appointment. To make an appointment and for information call Patricia Oostman, the school nurse, at (708) 585-2050. After May 31, call Kim Taylor, the Guidance Office administrative assistant, at (708) 585-2024 or (708) 585-2000.
