LANSING | If you want to learn a little about the history of village of Lansing, the Lansing Historical Museum, located in the lower level of the Lansing Public Library, is the place to go.

Filled with exhibits featuring antiques used by Lansing families, a visit to the museum gives you a sense of what life was like in Lansing in the late 19th century and 20th century.

You can also learn about the village by hearing stores first hand by some of the museum guides who are there to answer questions during regular museum hours, which are6 to 8 p.m. Mondays; 3 to 5 p.m. Wednesdays and 10 a.m. to noon Saturdays.

The library is at 2750 Indiana Ave.
