Traffic on U.S. 30 delayed near Sauk Trail

LYNWOOD | Traffic is being delayed as a crew tries to clean up part of a load that fell off a semitrailer near U.S. 30 at Sauk Trail, officials said.

Traffic was snarled Monday evening as officials tried to clear the road of tubes that had fallen off a semitrailer around 4 p.m., Lynwood police dispatchers said.

Police were asking motorists in the area to avoid the intersection as they tried to clean it up through rush hour traffic.
