Food blogs help you spice things up in the kitchen
Last year, my sister and I, who both enjoy cooking, dining out and love food in general, decided to start a blog together called Chicago Foodie Sisters (CHICAGOFOODIESISTERS.BLOGSPOT.COM). We post recipes, food photos, dishes at our favorite restaurants and review cookbooks, food products and kitchen gadgets. And we have a page of the same name on Facebook and it's through that page that we've had fun interacting with other foodies and following their blogs.
Each day on my Facebook feed, I see photos of scrumptious dishes, cooking tips and new recipes. And I have fun trying out new dishes when I have the time. There are a ton of great food blogs out there. Here's a few to check out next time you're looking to try something new in the kitchen.
All of the above have accompanying Facebook pages. Also check out "Garage Cookin'," "What's for Dinner? Ally's Kitchen," "Helen's Cooking" and "Crock Pot Boys" on Facebook.
