UNIVERSITY PARK | Learn how to earn your Restorative Justice Certificate at Governors State University at a special information session from 6 to 7:30 p.m. Aug. 1 in the Hall of Honors. Program faculty will be present to talk to prospective students.

Classes in this new certificate program will begin in the fall, provides students with both theoretical and practical education and training in restorative justice concepts and practices, and thus will prepare them to be more effective leaders and problem-solvers.

If prospective students are not able to attend the information session on Aug. 1, there is another opportunity to attend from 6 to 7:30 p.m. July 29 at Homewood-Flossmoor Library, at 1000 Sterling Ave. in  Flossmoor.
