The Food Bank of Northwest Indiana and the McDonald's Operators of Northwest Indiana will have multiple mobile food pantries this month.

Free food will be distributed to local residents Monday at Covenant Christian High School, 611 15th St. Southwest, in DeMotte and June 18 at American Legion Post 20, 1401 N. Main St., in Crown Point.

Both events are open from 3 to 5 p.m. Residents must present valid identification to receive food.
