A Lowell man died in a car accident early Sunday morning in Griffith, a Lake County coroner's office release said.
Eugene Chorazyczewski, 46, was pronounced dead at 1:02 a.m. at The Community Hospital in Munster.
The accident occured on Arbogast Street north of Avenue H in Griffith.
Messages left with Griffith police and Lake County police were not returned Sunday evening.
