CEDAR LAKE | The Town Council approved a variance that will allow for a new resale and computer repair and sales business in town.
The council approved a variance of use for 14422 Morse St. The action was taken following a positive recommendation on the project from the Board of Zoning Appeals.
The petition was submitted by Peter Blagojevic. The store will re-sell furniture, electronics and household goods, and also provide computer and electronics repair services.
The use variance is contingent on store hours of operation not extending beyond 6 p.m.
The site is just south of West 144th Avenue and east of the lake and South Shore Country Club.
