CEDAR LAKE | The town’s park foundation now has tax-exempt status.
The foundation also have will a booth for the first time at the Cedar Lake Chamber of Commerce Business and Organization Showcase, to be held from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. March 16 at the Hanover Central High School field house, 10120 W. 133rd Ave. in Cedar Lake.
The public will be admitted free of charge. Businesses also will sponsor free drawings and the chamber will sponsor a grand prize drawing.
