CEDAR LAKE | Hanover Community School Corp. has announced student registration availability online for the 2013-14 school year.
From Aug. 5 to 9, all returning Hanover students will now pay their textbook rental fees online. Those who do not have access to a computer may use a computer at Hanover Central Middle School from 1 to 3 p.m. or 5 to 7 p.m. Aug. 8.
Families will use their current PowerSchool password to pay fees online. For technical assistance with passwords, contact System Support Technician Steve Plesha at (219) 374-3531.
For bookkeeping/payment questions, contact the child’s school. With online payments, there is no need to physically come to the school for payment purposes.
Until Friday, all new students are required to make an appointment with the Hanover residency officer prior to registering for school. Call Holly Jones at (219) 374-3506 between the hours of noon to 4 p.m. Monday through Thursday to make an appointment.
After Friday, contact the child's school secretary for residency verification.
New elementary students will register at their respective schools from 8 to 11:30 a.m. and 1 to 3 p.m. Aug. 6. New student registration forms and other important information is available on the schools' website. Visit www.hanover.k12.in.us and select the school name from the drop down tab.
New middle school and high school students will register at their respective schools from 8 to 11:30 a.m. and 1 to 3 p.m. Aug. 5, 6, and 7.
