CROWN POINT | A petition to rezone land as the site for a proposed senior care facility on South Main Street will be heard Monday by the Crown Point City Council.
Carmel, Ind.-based Mainstreet Property Group is proposing to construct the 69,955-square-foot building on about 9 acres of a 20-acre plot at 1555 S. Main St.
Office service district zoning is being sought for the site. The acreage was annexed into the city in late 2013 with residential zoning.
The City Council will meet at 7 p.m. in City Hall, 101 N. East St.
