CROWN POINT | A petition by Providence Real Estate for a variance from development standards has been deferred for 30 days by the Crown Point Board of Zoning Appeals.

The variance is to permit construction of driveway pads encroaching on side yard setbacks.

The deferral was requested by Providence Real Estate.
