CROWN POINT | Registration for Fall kindergarten classes at Crown Point Community School Corp. schools will be held Tuesday and Thursday at the elementary buildings.
Register Tuesday, from 9 to 11:30 a.m. or 1 to 3 p.m., at Lake Street, Solon Robinson and Winfield elementary schools.
Register Thursday, from 9 to 11:30 a.m. or 1 to 3 p.m., at Dwight Eisenhower, Douglas MacArthur and Timothy Ball elementary schools.
Kindergarten students must be 5 on or before Aug. 1 in order to enroll for the 2013-14 school year. It is not mandatory for students to come with their parents to registration, but they are welcome.
The following documents are required at the time of registration:
1. child’s certified birth certificate (not hospital certificate)
2. child's immunization record
3. child’s Social Security Card
4. a current driver’s license or state photo I.D. and two documents such as utility bills to prove residency.
Kindergarten classes will be held on the day of registration at the individual buildings.
