CROWN POINT | A request has been permanently withdrawn for zoning changes to permit an eating and drinking establishment at 10755 Broadway.
Developer I-65 Partners withdrew requests to vary parking requirements and for a special use for the business. The Board of Zoning Appeals approved their removal.
An amended site development plan for the establishment, in the Beacon Hill commercial center, also had been removed from the April Plan Commission agenda, at the developer's request.
Crown Point Burgers Inc. was proposing a Bagger Dave's Burger Tavern at the location, according to plans submitted to the city.
Adequate parking space at the location had been a concern of a neighboring business, officials said.
