CROWN POINT | Recently the Timothy Ball Elementary School kindergarten classes were visited by D.A.R.E officer Sgt. Dave Benson. The students discussed topics such as sidewalk safety, street crossing, 911 use, talking to strangers, and much more.
Sgt. Benson spends much time with student prior to the fifth grade, where the D.A.R.E. program reaches its peak in Crown Point Community School Corporation elementary schools.
Local law enforcement supports the Timothy Ball Fit-For-Life-Program as students strive to maximize academic, physical, and social fitness.
