CROWN POINT | Looking for a cost effective way to get your produce and products out to the masses?

Try the Crown Point Farmer’s Market, which opens Saturday for the season.

The cost for seasonal vendor space is $240.75 for 17 weeks 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturdays, June 1 through Sept. 29.

Herbs, homegrown produce, eggs, meat, cheeses and baked goods are welcome. Interested vendors can obtain an application at www.crownpoint.in.gov or call the Crown Point Mayor's Office of Special Events at (219) 662-3290.

It's time to lock in a spot for the Crown Point Farmers Market, held on South Main Street, just south of the downtown square.
