Get some fitness inspiration at Business After Hours

Dine With The Chefs
Meals on Wheels of NWI's annual gala, Dine With The Chefs, will be held Feb. 26 at Avalon Manor, 3550 E. U.S. 30, Hobart. The festivities start with a silent auction at 11 a.m. and the program starts at noon.
This is Meals on Wheels' major fundraiser, providing resources to work towards putting an end to senior hunger by delivering nutritious meals and providing compassion to seniors in local communities. Support this event by donating cash, an item for the silent auction or attending the event.

Starting from seeds
Learn the basics to starting seeds indoors in your own home at a class from 9 to 11 a.m. Feb. 25 at Taltree Arboretum and Gardens, 71 N. 500 West, Valparaiso.
It's not as expensive as you might think. Whether interested in flowers, vegetables or both, this class will teach you what you need to get started, and with prices soaring, who couldn't use a do-it-yourself way to cut your household costs?

Young reader book talk
Do you love to read? Want to talk about books? Meet new friends?
If so, then join the Crown Point Community Library's Young Reader Book Club to discuss your favorite book and bring a friend. Refreshments will be served.
This group is for children in grades 4 to 6 and will meet from 4 to 5 p.m. Thursdays, March 1 and April 12, at the library, 214 S. Court St.
Visit with Easter Bunny
Tickets are on sale for Crossroads Regional Chamber of Commerce's popular Visit with the Easter Bunny that takes place March 24 in the Maki Ballroom, Old Lake County Courthouse, downtown Crown Point.
Attendees will have their picture taken with the bunny, share breakfast, play games, and can have their face painted. After breakfast, all will participate in a Easter Egg Hunt that takes place on the courthouse lawn.
Seating times are 8 to 8:45 a.m., 9 to 9:45, 10 to 10:45 and 11 to 11:45. Space is limited, so purchase tickets now at First Midwest Bank, 11275 Broadway, Crown Point, or First Midwest Bank, 1100 N. Main St., Crown Point. For more information, call (219) 769-8180.
