CROWN POINT | An annual pancake breakfast fundraiser is planned for June 15 by the Crown Point Volunteer Fire Department Ladies Auxiliary.

The event, from 7 to 11:30 a.m. at the fire station, 126 N. East St., is in its 18th year and is the organization's main means of raising funds.

Proceeds this year will support Hoosier Burn Camp and the Crown Point Fire Rescue Department's new K-9 program, which will be used to rescue people trapped in a building collapse or other disaster situations.

Cost of the breakfast is $6 for adults and $4 for children and senior citizens. Children under 5 eat free.

Tickets will be sold at the door.
