CROWN POINT | Crown Point High School's Performing Arts Department is sponsoring the Purdue University Varsity Glee Club and Purduettes in concert at 7 p.m. Oct. 18.
The concert will be held in the CPHS Auditorium, 1500 S. Main St., and in addition to Purdue Varsity Glee Club, an all-male chorus, and the Purduettes, an all-female choir, CPHS vocal ensembles will be featured.
"We are most happy to announce that the proceeds from the concert will be used the fund the CPHS Performing Arts Department Marion Kellum Scholarship," said Performing Arts Department Chair Kit Degenhart.
Tickets are $15 for adults and $12 for senior citizens and students. Reserved seating only, tickets may be purchased from 7:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. weekdays in the CPHS Main Office. Phone reservations are available by calling (219) 663-4885, ext. 11000. Checks should be made payable to "Crown Point High School."
