CROWN POINT | Constitution Day is celebrated every year on September 17 to honor the day the 39 delegates signed the U.S. Constitution. Judge John Pera was a guest speaker in the fourth grade classrooms at St. Mary Catholic Community School in Crown Point on Monday, September 16, 2013. He spoke to the students about the basic information regarding our U.S. Constitution. Each student also received a small “pocket sized” book related to the topic at hand.
