'Teacher of the Year' and 'Employee of the Year' Nominations

CROWN POINT | The Crown Point Community School Corporation is accepting nominations for this year's "Teacher of the Year", one at elementary grades PK-5 and one at secondary grades 6-12, and "Employee of the Year" who will serve during the 2012-2013 school year. Both awards are created to honor and to distinguish those individuals who make a difference in students' lives everyday.

Students, former students, parents, colleagues, administrators, or members of the general public may nominate a teacher or an employee.

Nomination forms are available on the school district website (www.cps.k12.in.us) and at all CPCSC schools, and the Administrative Service Center. All nomination forms must be returned to the Crown Point Community School Corporation,
