CROWN POINT | The Crown Point City Council on Monday will consider granting a variance to permit an imported food shop and carry-out deli to operate in an industrial zone.
The variance won a favorable recommendation last month from the city's Board of Zoning Appeals. The City Council has the final vote.
Owner Theordorus Pavlou proposes opening Olympic Imported Foods at 1441 E. Summit St. if the variance is granted.
The City Council meets at 7 p.m. in City Hall, 101 N. East St., Crown Point.
