Dyer accepting applications for boards, commissions

DYER | The town will be seeking applicants for its boards and commissions in November.

Advertising for positions should begin Nov. 8, which is the date of the Town Council’s November business meeting. Applicants must undergo an interviewing process with the council, which will make the final selections.

Members of the Redevelopment, Police, Plan and Recycling commissions and Water, Sanitary, Stormwater, Park and Zoning Appeals boards are all appointed. The length of the terms varies and members are paid an honorarium for their service.
