DYER | The Dyer Park Board is getting $200,000 in Redevelopment Commission money to tackle various projects in Central Park.

Although the money will go toward additional improvements in Central Park, the Park Board will specify which improvements at a future meeting. Central Park at Calumet Avenue and 213th Street already is home to new ballfields and is the future location of the Dyer Dog Park.

The Dog Park Committee is currently raising money for that park.
