Dyer offers youth soccer

DYER | There will be a Kick'n with the Kids indoor soccer program for children ages 3 to 6 with a parent/caregiver from 10 to 11 a.m. on Mondays at the Dyer Soccer Arena, 14914 W. 101st Ave. Children should wear gym shoes and shinguards and bring a water bottle. Smart Patient Fair offers tips

CROWN POINT | A Smart Patient Fair will be held from 3 to 7 p.m. at Wicker Park Social Center, 2125 Ridge Road. It offers knowledge and tools to help prevent illness or injury, manage chronic conditions and deal with end-of-life care. The event is Honor Society of Nursing Sigma Theta Tau International, Mu Omega Chapter, Lake Area United Way, Northwest Indiana Patient Safety Coalition and North Township Trustee Frank Mrvan host the event.

Shakespeare Co. has auditions
