EAST CHICAGO | Mayor Anthony Copeland and the City of East Chicago will be hosting its Annual State of the City Address. Mayor Anthony Copeland will address the public and discuss achievements in the city in 2012 and reveal plans for 2013. The speech will be accompanied by a brief presentation.
The city will also honor individuals who have helped our community through their service and dedication in their departments, organizations or as volunteers.
The 2013 State of the City Address will take place on Wednesday, April 3, 2013 at the Field Educational Center located at 3551 Block Avenue, East Chicago, Indiana, starting at 2:00 p.m. Seating is limited and on a first come first serve basis. Please R.S.V.P. between 9 a.m. and 4 p.m. at the Mayor’s office at 219-391-8200 by Monday, March 25.
