CROWN POINT | A Gary woman faces three felony counts that resulted from a raid Feb. 5 on her home by SWAT team members and Gary police narcotics detectives.

Pamela Hunter, 33, was charged Friday with two Class B felony counts of dealing in cocaine and one Class D felony count of maintaining a common nuisance. Hunter is being held at the Lake County Jail on $40,000 bail.

According to court documents, a confidential informant purchased marijuana and crack cocaine from Hunter at her home Jan. 28 and Feb. 5. A search warrant was obtained for the raid.

Hunter’s three young children were in the home at the time of the raid and were removed by Child Protective Services.
