GARY | A 43-year-old Hammond man was arrested Tuesday morning for allegedly threatening two men with a gun in Gary.
The incident occurred at 11:46 a.m. in front of a residence in the 2300 block of Wheeler Street, police reports state.
Police said two victims reported the suspect, later identified as Jason Wolak, drove up to the residence and exited his truck holding a firearm.
The victims reported Wolak pointed the gun at the men and threatened to kill one of them before getting back in his truck and leaving the scene.
Police said they later located the truck and performed a traffic stop, during which they discovered drug paraphernalia and pills.
Wolak, along with Hannah Klemoff, 21, were arrested and each charged with possession of a controlled substance and possession of paraphernalia. Wolak faces an additional charge of intimidation, police said.
